Product descriptions, prices, options, designs, materials, dimensions, and availability may be changed at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to:

PawHoney Home offers products that may be personalized using photographs, pet names, personal names, messages, dates, contact information, colors, backgrounds, layouts, or other customer-submitted content.

By submitting content for personalization, you represent and warrant that:

1. You own the content or have permission to use it.
2. The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party right.
3. The content is accurate and suitable for the intended product.
4. You have permission from any identifiable person appearing in a photograph.
5. The content is not illegal, fraudulent, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, hateful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

You remain responsible for checking all spelling, names, telephone numbers, addresses, dates, colors, photographs, and personalization instructions before placing your order.

PawHoney Home is not responsible for mistakes submitted or approved by the customer, including:

* Misspelled names.
* Incorrect dates.
* Incorrect telephone numbers.
* Incorrect addresses.
* Low-resolution photographs.
* Blurry images.
* Poor lighting.
* Cropped body parts or objects.
* Incorrect product selections.
* Incorrect background or color selections.

We may crop, resize, reposition, adjust, or format customer-submitted content as reasonably necessary to fit the selected product.

We will make reasonable efforts to preserve the main appearance of submitted content, but the final placement may vary depending on the size, shape, printable area, seams, curves, pockets, handles, edges, or other physical characteristics of the product.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any personalization request that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, intellectual-property rights, or the rights of another person.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

PawHoney Home reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for any lawful reason and at our sole discretion.

An order is not considered accepted until:

1. Payment has been successfully processed.
2. We have reviewed the order.
3. We have sent confirmation that the order has been accepted or entered production.

You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Because many of our products are customized, we may begin preparing, designing, printing, sublimating, manufacturing, or processing your order shortly after payment.

Once production has started, we may be unable to:

* Cancel the order.
* Change the photograph.
* Change the name or wording.
* Change the product.
* Change the size or color.
* Change the selected design.
* Change the shipping address.

When possible, you should contact us immediately after placing an order if you notice an error.

We do not guarantee that requested changes or cancellations can be completed.

If we reject, modify, or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address, telephone number, billing information, or other contact information provided at checkout.

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchase is for lawful personal, household, or gift use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

* Shipping carriers.
* Incorrect addresses.
* Weather.
* Natural disasters.
* Customs processing.
* Government restrictions.
* Carrier disruptions.
* Labor interruptions.
* Holidays.
* Supply shortages.
* Delayed customer responses.
* Payment verification.
* Other force majeure events.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

PawHoney Home is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered because the customer supplied an incomplete or incorrect address.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or other customer-related issue, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges before the package is resent.

Risk of loss and title may transfer to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because customized products are created specifically for the customer, they may be final sale except when:

* The item contains an error caused by PawHoney Home.
* Applicable law requires another remedy.

Customer-submitted spelling mistakes, incorrect selections, low-quality photographs, incorrect information, and changes of mind are generally not considered production errors.

Customers should contact us within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy and provide:

* A description of the issue.
* Clear photographs of the item.
* Photographs of the packaging when shipping damage is claimed.
* Any other information reasonably required to review the request.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include:

* Another remedy required by applicable law.

SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

* Download or republish our photographs.

* Modify our original designs.

* Scrape or extract our content for commercial purposes.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of, or a license to use, intellectual property belonging to PawHoney Home, Shopify, or any third party, except for the limited right to access the Services in accordance with these Terms.

The PawHoney Home name, logo, designs, product names, and slogans may be trademarks, trade names, or proprietary identifiers of PawHoney Home or its licensors.

Shopify’s name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify.

All other names, logos, designs, and marks appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 9 — CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

You retain ownership of photographs, images, text, and other materials you submit for personalization.

However, by submitting content, you grant PawHoney Home a limited, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

* Access the content.
* Store it.
* Crop it.
* Resize it.
* Format it.
* Reproduce it.
* Print it.
* Sublimate it.
* Use it to create the ordered product.
* Share it with service providers involved in production or order fulfillment.
* Use it to resolve customer-service, replacement, or quality issues.

This license is limited to operating our business, producing your order, providing customer support, and complying with legal obligations.

We will not use a customer’s private photographs in advertising, social-media posts, product listings, promotional materials, or public portfolios without permission, unless the customer has already made the content publicly available or the use is otherwise permitted by law.

You acknowledge that some production and fulfillment providers may need access to submitted content to produce your order.

SECTION 10 — OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to tools, applications, integrations, product-customization software, image-upload tools, or services supplied by third parties.

We do not necessarily control, supervise, monitor, or endorse these third-party tools.

Access to optional tools is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, representations, conditions, or endorsements of any kind.

Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and discretion.

You should review and understand the terms and privacy practices of the relevant third-party provider before using its tools.

We may introduce new features, tools, or resources in the future. Such additions will be considered part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and losses arising from or related to your purchase or transaction with PawHoney Home.

This license does not automatically apply to private customer photographs submitted solely to create a personalized product.

2. The Feedback is accurate.
3. The Feedback does not violate third-party rights.
4. You have disclosed any compensation or incentive received in connection with the Feedback.
5. The Feedback complies with these Terms.

We are not obligated to:

* Keep Feedback confidential.
* Pay compensation for Feedback.
* Publish Feedback.
* Respond to Feedback.

We may monitor, edit, refuse, or remove Feedback that we determine is:

* Illegal.
* Fraudulent.
* Offensive.
* Threatening.
* Abusive.
* Defamatory.
* Obscene.
* Misleading.
* Infringing.
* Unrelated to the product or service.
* Otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

You may not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or misrepresent the origin of your Feedback.

8. To send spam, phishing messages, chain letters, or unauthorized advertising.
9. To impersonate another person, business, or organization.
10. To collect, track, or misuse another person’s personal information.
11. To interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
12. To bypass access restrictions, security measures, or authentication requirements.
13. To scrape, crawl, copy, extract, or harvest content, prices, images, designs, or data.

16. To submit content involving illegal exploitation, violence, hatred, threats, explicit sexual material, or other unlawful content.

* THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE.
* PRODUCT COLORS WILL APPEAR IDENTICALLY ON EVERY DEVICE.
* PERSONALIZED DESIGNS WILL APPEAR EXACTLY AS SHOWN IN DIGITAL PREVIEWS.
* EVERY CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED IMAGE WILL PRODUCE THE SAME PRINT QUALITY.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, these disclaimers apply only to the fullest extent allowed by law.

SECTION 20 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAWHONEY HOME, SHOPIFY, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, PARTNERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

* Customized designs.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or another legal theory, even when the possibility of damages was known.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Unauthorized use of photographs, artwork, trademarks, logos, names, or designs.
6. Your misuse of the Services.
7. Fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity connected to your account.

We may control the defense and settlement of an indemnified claim, provided that we will not agree to a settlement that imposes nonmonetary obligations on you without your reasonable consent.

You agree to cooperate with the defense of such claims and provide relevant information when reasonably requested.

SECTION 22 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any unenforceable portion will be considered severed from these Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
